Getting Started with 3D Print Farm
Printer Setup: Bambu Lab A1
Initial Configuration
- Calibrate bed (auto-leveling)
- Load PLA filament
- Set up Bambu Studio connection
Recommended Settings (PLA)
- Nozzle temp: 200-210°C
- Bed temp: 60°C
- Print speed: 50-100mm/s
- Layer height: 0.2mm (balanced quality/speed)
Maintenance Schedule
- Daily: Check first layer adhesion
- Weekly: Clean build plate, check nozzle
- Monthly: Lubricate rails, check belts

Spare Parts Needed
- Spare hotend (Bambu A1 compatible)
- Extra feed tubes
- Nozzles (0.4mm, 0.6mm)
