Getting Started with 3D Print Farm

Printer Setup: Bambu Lab A1

Initial Configuration

  • Calibrate bed (auto-leveling)
  • Load PLA filament
  • Set up Bambu Studio connection
  • Nozzle temp: 200-210°C
  • Bed temp: 60°C
  • Print speed: 50-100mm/s
  • Layer height: 0.2mm (balanced quality/speed)

Maintenance Schedule

  • Daily: Check first layer adhesion
  • Weekly: Clean build plate, check nozzle
  • Monthly: Lubricate rails, check belts

Shopping List

Spare Parts Needed

  • Spare hotend (Bambu A1 compatible)
  • Extra feed tubes
  • Nozzles (0.4mm, 0.6mm)
  • Build plates (smooth PEI)

Filament Inventory

  • PLA: Black, White, Gray (1kg spools)
  • PETG: (for functional parts)
  • TPU: (for flexible parts - optional)

Workflow Tips
