# VSO Meeting Final Checklist
## Before 9:30 AM Meeting - February 11, 2026

### 🔐 CRITICAL: Gitea Access for VSO

**Issue:** All your VA documents are in Gitea at `http://10.0.10.2:3000/fred/obsidian-vault`

**This is a LOCAL IP - VSO cannot access from outside your network!**

**Options to share documents with VSO:**

#### Option 1: VPN Access (if VSO has VPN)
- VSO connects to your WireGuard VPN (10.0.9.0/24)
- Can then access Gitea at http://10.0.10.2:3000
- **Action:** Send VSO your WireGuard config (if appropriate)

#### Option 2: Export to USB/Email
- Export key documents to USB drive or email
- **Files to export:**
  - VA-STRATEGY-100-PERCENT-ROADMAP.md (print or PDF)
  - VSO-MEETING-QUICK-GUIDE.md (print)
  - va-updated-nexus-with-hypersomnia.md
  - book, frederek_sleep.pdf
- **Action:** Copy files to USB or attach to email

#### Option 3: Print Key Documents
- Print the essentials for VSO to review
- **Print:**
  - VSO-MEETING-QUICK-GUIDE.md (1 page)
  - Relevant sections of roadmap
  - Sleep study PDF

#### Option 4: Screen Share During Meeting
- Use Zoom/Teams/Discord to share screen
- Walk through Gitea documents together
- **Action:** Have meeting link ready

#### Option 5: Temporary External Access (Advanced)
- Use Caddy reverse proxy via VPS (vps.nianticbooks.com)
- Create temporary subdomain: git.nianticbooks.com
- **Risk:** Exposes Gitea to internet (use with caution)
